Twenty-year-old Denzel Biggs recently posed on Facebook with two pistols, catching the attention of the FBI.
It happened just 12 days after he was released from jail on a different gun offense.
Biggs has already served 2 years in prison, for other weapons offenses and been arrested for auto theft.
Biggs will be in federal court tomorrow and a judge will decide if he should remain in custody or be released on bond.
