A man who recorded people in the bathroom of a bowling alley will be sentenced.
Prosecutors say Gaynier took more than 150 videos of men urinating.
He will be sentenced in Wayne Circuit Court on Tuesday.
Police responded in December 2018 for a disturbance in which a man said another man was taking pictures and video of the victim urinating in the bathroom. Officers found the suspect and took his phone, finding video clips that showed images of the reporting victim and other men urinating. All of the pictures appeared to have been taken from an adjacent bathroom stall.
