Four teens will be sent to a youth treatment center for the death of a Michigan man killed by a sandbag thrown from an overpass in Toledo.

All four teens pleaded guilty to charges of murder and vehicular vandalism.
Demetrius Wimberly, Sean Carter and William Parker, aged 14, will be sent to the youth treatment center and will participate in a youth program, which lasts 6-8 months at the most.
If they mess up in the youth treatment center, they will get sentenced to three years to the Department of Youth Services.
Pedro Salinas, 13, was also sent to the youth treatment center. If he messes up, he will get sentenced to the Department of Youth Services until he is 21.
On Dec. 19, 2017, Marquise Byrd, of Warren, was riding in the front passenger seat, heading south on I-75 in Toledo. Salinas admitted to throwing the sandbag that hit Byrd. He died three days later.
