PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — A 37-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for indecent exposure and resisting/obstructing a police officer.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office says that deputies responded to the 100 block of Edison Street on the report of an indecent exposure. The 60-year-old victim told deputies that she lives in a boarding house with several other residents. One of the male residents was reportedly found naked inside her bedroom when she walked into the room and that he was still inside her bedroom when deputies arrived.
She told deputies that he demanded to have sexual relations with her. She refused, and told him to leave her bedroom. He refused.
Deputies say they spoke with the suspect, who, at that point, was fully clothed and on the victim's bed. Deputies then reportedly ordered the suspect to remove himself from the victim's bed and to exit the bedroom. The suspect refused.
Deputies say that the suspect was getting visibly agitated; he had his fists clinched tightly and began charging towards the deputies. The suspect then allegedly grabbed a coffee mug and attempted to strike one of the deputies with it. A deputy then reportedly deployed his taser and the suspect was taken into custody.
