SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — One person was hospitalized after a house caught fire in Springfield Township Monday evening, officials said.
The fire happened around 6:10 p.m., according to Springfield Township Fire Chief Matt Covey.
A neighboring home sustained minor damage. The cause is under investigation.
Oakland County fire officials are investigating. Several agencies assisted.
