ROCHESTER, Mich. (WXYZ) — TreeRunner Adventure Park at Oakland University will officially open Thursday.
The aerial adventure park has over 60 obstacles and zip lines, three difficulty levels and five different trails.
A grand opening celebration will be held Thursday beginning at 4 p.m. Members of the community are invited to the celebration, which includes drinks, appetizers and free climbing from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The free climb is on a first come, first serve basis and participants must be 7 years old or older to participate. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Those interested in the free climb must wear closed-toe supportive shoes and, if your hair is longer than shoulder length, it must be up and away from yoru face.
TreeRunner is located on the corner of Walton and Adams in Rochester.
