TROY, Mich. (WXYZ) — A woman has been charged for driving over the legal limit and child endangerment.
Troy police arrested Autumn Chapman, 23, on September 15, near Big Beaver and I-75.
According to police, they received a 911 call about a possibly intoxicated driver. The caller stated that the driver ran two red light and was driving on two flat tires.
Dash cam video shows officers stopped Chapman in a black 2009 Chevrolet Impala that was driving erratically, according to the report. The vehicle’s driver side tires were completely shredded.
The two-year-old child was not harmed. But, officers said she was asleep in the rear seat with no straps or belts securing her to the seat.
Officers said Chapman submitted to a Preliminary Breath Test with a result of .21%
Chapman is set to see a judge Oct. 10 for a pretrial.
